When our last accountant was arrested for embezzlement we were a bit gun shy. Carol and her staff have taken great care of us, straighten out a $70k tax bill down to less than 20k, and have helped us through a 3 million dollar lawsuit. We won't see our 3 mill, but at least with her advice the thief will pay.
This firm has failed to complete my 2013 tax return to date. It is currently August, and counting. Each time I call I am screened by a receptionist. I ask to speak to Carol, am put on a hold, and then told she is in the office but unavailable. When I ask the receptionist about my return, the last 4 times (since April mind you), I have gotten the response that "it may be ready by the end of next week." They demonstrate a lack of general professionalism when it comes to simply returning a phone call to a repeat customer. I absolutely do not recommend this firm if you value your time, money, and how you are treated by whom you hire for services.
