In from out of town. Needed basic nails done so went with shelac which is simple... Was poorly done. Hangnails left and lots of errors. Felt like she had never done this before. To pricey for basic performance. I'm not picky but either

That was not the case when my daughter went for a spa day. She left in tears after she felt she was body shamed. When she left she called to complain. I called and asked to speak to the manager and talked with Karen the owner. She said she had talked to her employees and insured me that her staff did nothing to make my daughter feel uncomfortable and reported "they did have robes to fit her".
I asked why she was t given one and that as a salon / spa that probably has a majority of female clients it is unacceptable that this new mom left in tears. That is when Karen the owner HUNG UP on me. I called back and told Ashley to let Karen the owner know that hanging up on someone with a complaint was not right either!
Nate Carden, in my opinion, is the best stylist in the Kentuckiana region. He always asks exactly what you want, knows exactly how to do pretty much anything you could ever dream of. I never go to anyone else. On top of it the salon is active in the community and has a perfect staff full of family and professionals.
