The staff was very nice. We even discussed what type of car to use while travelling thru snow. My safety for my family is very important. I really appreciated the extra input and wide variety of cars. Lastly the rental process was easy and quick.Thanks Enterprise!!
They are always fast and efficient. We have rented from them numerous times. Great to work with.
Started with being 1.5hrs late for the pickup. Olny after calling and asking where they were did they dispatch someone. We were schedule to have a premium car that they did not have after promising. Then charged an upcharge or offered the smallest vehicle in their fleet. Their excuse was that they thought we just wanted to max out the insurance payment and not actually get the car we asked for! That to me is a fraudulent statement!!! Will never do business here again. Will inform Ins company and the BBB
I had my car fixed at Gray and Wells, just down the road, and Enterprise was very accommodating. They were able to pick me up from the collision repair shop to ensure I was easily able to get my rental car & picking up the rental car was quick and easy!
