I had a late start getting on the road do to family emergency so, at the last moment needed a hotel room for myself, daughter and two granddaughters, my daughter started calling hotels and found a Quality Suites with an opening. The hotel clerk was super helpful in directing us to the hotel, giving us information on places to eat and the best way to navigate ourselves back to the Interstate. The room was huge, clean, and had a small sitting area with refrigerator. Would stoop there again as there are several points of interest nearby.
This was a very nice stay for the price. High ceilings, excellent climate control system, free breakfast.. I have no complaints.
Rates are reasonable for area. Staff is friendly. Stayed here a few times, never had any problems.
Convenient location by two intersecting interstates, with easy access to Louisville. Close to eating, shopping and etc. Nice large rooms with couch, table, desk, microwave and frig. Comfortable beds and fairly quiet.
Fairly horrid stench in the building (elevator and on our floor). Might have been a fellow occupant. Putting a towel under the door, turning the air on worked well to air out the space and take care of the smell. A few stains on a blanket and on a pillow case. The staff were very nice and helpful
The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was well stocked. The rooms were nice. My only complaint was the the sheets had a few stains on them, along with two shoe prints.
