I called an ordered for carry out. Girl on phone couldn't get my order right throughout call. I show up 45 mins later as instructed and they "have no record of that order." I verified I was at the correct store after showing my call history to the manager. They remade the Pizza for free, which was nice but didn't make up the experience or my time. Not the first time this has happened at this location.
The buffet lunch is always great at STORE #1!! This may be the only store in the area with a lunch buffet. Sometimes you need to eat at the original store, even it was actually a few blocks away, LOL!
Usually get my order wrong. I like the food and all but, service could be a lot better and more efficient...
My daughter works there and she loves it. One of the assistant managers is a jerk and said inappropriate things to her but the corporate office is handling it very professionally.
They advertise their deals but just a heads up, if you DO NOT ask for the deal they will ring you up the most expensive way possible. They call it, auto discounting and their not supposed to do it automatically without you asking. Lame
