FABULOUS Pedestrian bridge. Loved it!! We walked all the way across the Ohio River into Jeffersonville Indiana where there was a nice
Fountain and Ice cream shop and other little shops right off the riverfront. The best part was the colorful lights that lit up the bridge when the sun went down. BEAUTIFUL!!
Very scenic. Has public restrooms (closed during the winter). A mile long bridge for pedestrians starts in Indiana, goes over the Ohio River and ends in Louisville. Has a children's playground and a large pavilion.
I love the walking bridge!!!! It's a great place to take the whole family and it's also a great place to go and spend alone as well. There are playgrounds and spraygrounds for the kids to play on. And taking the walk across the bridge is beautiful! The only thing that i do not like or agree with is having to pay to park now!
Rating 5 stars. Wonderful place to get some good exercise, relieve some stress, and view the beautiful city of downtown Louisville. Looking forward to coming back again soon.
